Enforcement procedure

If you have reported a barrier to us and, in accordance with § 16b paragraph 4 BGG LSA, have not received a response you consider satisfactory within one month, you may contact the ombudsperson office of the State of Saxony-Anhalt under § 16d BGG LSA. State of compliance with the requirements

The accessibility requirements for the website www.hs-anhalt.de arise from § 16a paragraph 1 sentence 1 and paragraph 2 BGG LSA in conjunction with the applicable Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities Ordinance of Saxony-Anhalt (BGGVO LSA).

Compliance with these requirements was reviewed based on a self-assessment carried out between 01.02.2025 and 28.02.2025. Due to the incompatibilities and exceptions listed below, this website is only partially compliant with the requirements mentioned above.
